  • Minimum Order Quantity: We require a minimum order quantity of 10 units per item for all wholesale purchases.
  • Pricing: Wholesale pricing at a 35% discount from retail pricing.
  • Payment: Payment for wholesale orders is due in full prior to shipment. We accept payment via our website or Faire.com.
  • Shipping: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the order total.
  • Lead Time: Lead time for wholesale orders is typically 1-2 weeks from the date of payment.
  • Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges for defective or damaged products only. All returns and exchanges must be made within 3 days of receipt of the order.
  • Cancellations: Wholesale orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed.
  • Confidentiality: All information related to wholesale purchases, including pricing and product information, is confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties without our consent.
  • Authorized Resellers: Only authorized resellers are allowed to resell our products. We reserve the right to designate authorized resellers and to remove authorization at any time.
  • Minimum Advertised Price (MAP): Resellers must adhere to our MAP policy, which sets the minimum advertised price for each product. Any advertising below the MAP is strictly prohibited.
  • Pricing: Resellers are free to set their own prices for our products, but must not price below the MAP.
  • Branding and Trademarks: Resellers must comply with our branding and trademark guidelines when advertising or promoting our products.
  • Customer Service: Resellers are responsible for providing their own customer service and support.
  • Online Sales: Resellers selling our products online must comply with our online sales policy, which includes minimum advertised prices, product descriptions, and customer service standards.
  • Exclusivity: We reserve the right to designate certain products or territories as exclusive to a particular reseller.
  • Advertising and Promotion: Resellers are free to advertise and promote our products as long as they comply with our branding do not violate any laws or regulations.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate our relationship with any reseller who violates this policy or engages in any unethical or illegal activities.
