Do you ship Worldwide?

You bet we do!  We ship anywhere in the world.  As a matter of fact, we've already shipped Face Sprinkles to Canada, England, Ireland, France, Belgium, Australia, Sweden, Denmark, Portugal and lots more!

How do you ship?

We ship via USPS which includes tracking.  We do not mark up our shipping costs, you pay exactly what it costs us to get your package out to you. If you are in Australia, as of right now your only shipping options are Fedex, UPS or DHL

What if there are import fees?

Some countries do charge import taxes and fees that we can not control. if you are charge such a fee and it is over $45 USD please email us with proof of import fee payment.

What happens is my package is returned to DDC?

If your package is returned for any reason such as no such address, abandonment, customs / duty non payment or customer refusal, it will be shipped back to DDC. To reship your package you will have to pay shipping again.  If you choose not to pay to have your package shipped out again, refuse to pay customs or refuse delivery then you are forfeiting your package back to DDC and are ineligible for a refund.

 

PLEASE NOTE: PROCESSING TIME IS UP TO 2 WEEKS FOR ALL ORDERS. SHIPPING TIMES ARE BASED ON THE CARRIER.
