The glitters are so pretty, I love the color assortment I received. The water liner palette is also phenomenal! I cant wait to use these for concerts this summer.

Product was good but customer service was lacking

I placed my orders on 10/22. On 10/30 I received an email stating my order was on its way. On 11/13 I emailed because the tracking never updated. I simply asked if there was any update on my package but I never received a response. I finally got my order on the 11/18. There was a glitter palette in the box that I was really looking forward to but 4 of the middle glitters were almost all mixed together. I tried my best to salvage some of the glitters but it wasn’t great. I really wanted to like this company but I don’t feel comfortable spending money when I have no idea if customer service will help with any other issues.

Love a good mystery box but honestly seeing that i was guaranteed certain types of products, made this experience so much better. I recieved a beautiful water activated palette and such a good variety of glitters. Like seriously i have looks planned for every season this year. This company is a superstar and I hope you all the best success in this industry.
